Non-substrate double-sided tape from Charmetack is produced by coating high-performance acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive on release liners without any carrier substrate. The tape is fully transparent, offers excellent wetting and bonding strength and is available in thin gauges from 20 µm to 120 µm, ideal for applications where appearance and space are critical.
Product Overview
This no-carrier double-sided tape is designed for electronics, mobile devices, displays, nameplates, plastic parts and general industrial bonding. It provides good temperature resistance, waterproof sealing and strong holding power on smooth surfaces such as PET, PC, PMMA, metal and glass.
The tape is easy to process and can be die-cut or cut to size for automated assembly. Some constructions can be repositioned or reused, helping to reduce material waste during trial fitting or rework.
